The primary responsibility for the TRLCA Architectural Control Committee is to ensure that all Property Owners’ improvements adhere to the Association’s Covenants, Deed Restrictions and ACC guidelines.  As such, the Committee, with the support of the TRLCA Board, has created a policy and procedure to facilitate the oversight of this Committee regarding new construction and property improvement projects.  ACC is a three member Committee comprised of one Board Member and two Board appointed members.
